I didn't want two bedrooms that were cave-like. We compromised on white trim, windows, and ceiling with black and red walls. I plan to use white blinds on the windows and gray carpeting on the floors. Here are the before and after painting photos.

Smelly carpet removed and walls have received the first coat of primer:

The final coats of paint are being put on the walls!



Other painting projects completed this weekend were Katie's neon green and black bedroom, a white hallway, and a white bathroom. There needed to be some rooms that weren't a blast of color on the second floor!
