The Return of the Migraine

I've been in bed most of the week with a migraine headache. This is the second this month. Mike's been researching self-help for migraine sufferers. I've tried all of the "cures", but nothing seems to help. After we get settled in the new town, I'm going to have to go see a doctor about this. The one suggestion that I haven't faithfully followed is to get moderate exercise everyday. Something else to add to my already over-loaded schedule.
