Saturday was Madelyn's fall Cheer Competition in Grand Rapids. I always enjoy watching her team perform. I do wish that the organization would split up some of the levels. We were there for 5 1/2
hours to watch 4 minutes of performing.
Her Elite team qualified for the state competition in January. The team did really well until the big pyramid. Over half of the fliers fell from their position. I'm happy that Madelyn wasn't one of them. Hopefully, everyone will do better at state. One of the younger girls who fell was crying because she was so upset with herself.
