The children have been spending most of their time outside. We really enjoy having the whole neighborhood to ourselves during the school day. It's quieter outside and the children play with each other. I love not having 10-15 children over all day long. Summer vacation begins next week, but these days before school is out are golden.
My oldest daughter, who is home from college has been great about keeping an eye on the younger ones when I need an extra pair of hands. She's been taking them for huge bike rides and walks. The two youngest really love when she's home.
