The kids are all watching our garage sale and I am doing all the household cleaning jobs. Here are some thoughts I had while doing housework.
*Seven members of my household are in the dish duty rotation. Why are only 2 of us able to do the dishes without using all the dish cloths and towels?
*Is wringing out the washcloths in the bathroom above every one's job description except mine?
*How do folded socks make their way into the laundry pile? Are my children cleaning their rooms while sleeping and not noticing that the socks aren't scrunched into balls?
*Replacing the roll of toilet paper is a gene that is shows up after child-birth.
*How did fingerprints get above the door frame in the little girls' bedroom? Even standing on chairs, they can't reach that high. The fingerprints are too small to be the older children's marks. Another one of life's great mysteries!
