Stained Glass Quilting

My mom and I began making Stained Glass Quilt Blocks last year and then got side tracked with other activities. Today, I sorted out all of the supplies and ran off copies of the next quilt block pattern. These blocks are made using the paper piecing technique. The nice thing about paper piecing is that it is almost fail-safe. There is more material waste, but the process is painless. I can begin a block and then leave to teach math. When I return, I know exactly where I left off.

I'm starting to design some of my own patterns using this process. My goal is to create enough unique patterns to produce a quilt book.
