I received a sample of Head and Shoulders in the mail today. The sample was tossed into the mail pile. Joe approached me a few hours later with a new product idea. Head and Shoulders should put out a body wash and call it Knees and Toes. Madelyn added, "They should have a facial wash called Eyes, Ears, Mouth and Nose!" I wonder if we should try to sell the ideas to Proctor and Gamble?
