Katie did nailed the job interview, but wasn't able to get hired. The position requires that all staff members be at least 18. The manager asked up to keep updating her application, because he wants to hire her when she is old enough.

The application asked if she was 18. She had responded that she was NOT 18. Why did they bother calling her for an interview?
